The "de Paul" is a custom handmade one-of-a-kind guitar. The "de Paul" is a uniquely designed and carved slimline hollow body Paduk (Brazilian Rosewood) top over a hollowed Haitian Mahogany body finished in nitrocellulose for that vintage and "breathable" gloss finish. The neck is a custom made Purpleheart wood neck.

The heavy weight high sustain high precision Wilkinson bridge adds adjustable saddle design that provides better string energy transfer and sustain.

The electronics use custom special ordered hand-wound triple pickups with a middle single coil P90 style with two P90 styled humbuckers (one in the neck position and one in the bridge position).  The middle P90 single coil pickup is in reverse phase. I added a custom made 5 position slide switch to achieve the multitude of voicings. In two of the slide switch positions you achieve a strong Fender sound, one the telecaster famous 50's cluck sound and the other one the Strocaster's famous Hendrix solid sound. The other positions provide a mix of PAF clear sound of Les Paul and the grunge crunch of Jimmy Page or Robert Plant played on those overheated Gibson Les Paul humbuckers. Truly the guitar's electronics versatility are a pride and joy for me!
