Exclusively built Variax

The L6 is based on a Line 6 Variax Studio Guitar. The guitar has a Baggs piezo pickup in saddle bridge.  The special Baggs piezo pickup in saddle bridge adds amazingly authentic acoustic sounds for a Strat-style electric guitar.  It is made durable and of quality construction with dynamic responsive tone without altering the guitars special setup electric characteristics.

Imagine one guitar that is perfect for blues or rock and roll, has the ultimate clean sound, is great for jazz and has a great acoustic sound without feedback.  Sounds like an expensive dream, but you can unleash this potential with this special custom pickup setup along with the Baggs piezo pickup X-Bridge.

The L6 guitar is a complete collection of guitars. No more dragging around multiple acoustics and electrics to gigs or recording studios. the L6 gives you an endless variety of sounds from classic acoustic and electric tones all the way to sitar and banjo, all in one instrument.  Apply alternate tunings to any of the 25 presets.
